Job Responsibilities:

Corrective Maintenance Execution

• Perform corrective maintenance activities to ensure site equipment functions optimally.
• Conduct visual inspections of work areas to identify potential safety hazards.
• Prepare site-specific risk assessments prior to any on-site activity.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Site Facility Management

• Coordinate with landlords and site owners for maintenance and facility-related activities.
• Manage site environment and overall facility maintenance.
• Oversee third-party maintenance partners (3PP) to ensure compliance and quality work.
• Report any facility failures or safety hazards that may impact personnel or operations.

Site Information & Safety Management

• Immediately report occupational health and safety (OHS) incidents and near misses.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reporting tools and protocols.

Third-Party Supervision

• Supervise all third-party on-site activities.
• Enforce proper PPE use and intervene in unsafe behavior.
• Report any safety violations or incidents involving third-party personnel.

Service Activation / Deactivation (On-Site)

• Support engineering, IS/IT, and deployment work order completion.
• Perform on-site service activation or deactivation.
• Conduct optimization and data collection for system performance improvement.

Preventive Maintenance Execution

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure site reliability.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures proactively.

Spare Parts Handling

• Coordinate logistics for spare parts handling and distribution.
• Maintain and update spare parts inventory database.
• Manage the spare parts interface to ensure stock accuracy.

Physical Site Access Management

• Manage site access permissions and key distribution.
• Enforce site security instructions and escalate any incidents.
• Protect sites from unauthorized access.
• Identify safe zones for lifting operations and cordon off drop zones when applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
