About the Role:

In preparation for a potential manning agency setup in the near future, this position combines HR, Recruitment, Legal Assistance, and Deployment Operations ideal for those who want to gain real-world experience in manpower and crewing operations..

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating applicants for deployed and office-based roles.
  • Conduct character reference checks and verification of credentials.
  • Assist in preparing employment and contractor agreements, onboarding documents, and deployment packs.
  • Coordinate initial interviews and orientation schedules.
  • Assist in coordinating the assignment of employees/contractors to client sites or projects.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and necessary logistics for deployed personnel.
  • Track deployment progress, attendance, performance, and client feedback.
  • Ensure deployed personnel comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in handling contract completions, renewals, and terminations.
  • Collect feedback from both deployed personnel and client sites.
  • Ensure all documentation, certifications, and clearances are updated before offboarding.
  • Maintain deployment records and prepare reports for management review.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, policies, and guidelines.
  • Maintain records of licenses, certifications, and deployment-related compliance.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of recruitment, deployment, and contracts.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and deployment summaries for management.
  • Assist in procurement, travel, and office coordination related to deployment operations.
  • Support other HR, legal, and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Crewing or Manning Agency Experience is a plus
  • Open to Political Science, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law students(preferably graduating or recently graduated).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of accountability.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
  • Familiar with basic employment laws, contracts, and HR processes (training will be provided).
  • Willing to handle both office-based and field-related coordination.
  • Capable of assisting across departments (HR, Legal, and Operations).
  • Must be able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
