Crewing Officer, Crew Control – Probationary – Cebu Pacific’s Crew Scheduling Department plays a critical role in manpower planning and management of flight crew ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, operational requirements and crew welfare. Primary Responsibilities Performs activities on the day of operation with utmost compliance to relevant CAAP regulation and current policies. Coordinates with other departments to adjust crew routes and rosters to recover from operational disruptions affecting crew availability. Ensures that all flights within its scope of responsibility are fully and properly manned at all times. Validates the completeness of crew line‑ups with flight sectors and maintains on‑time crew pairings and rosters despite absences or flight changes. Complies with CAAP flight‑time regulations and company policies while managing crew pairings and rosters. Arranges or re‑arranges required logistical support in advance for crew members, including immigration, customs liaison etc. Notifies affected crew members of roster or assignment changes. Prepares and submits reports and documents required by the department or other departments. Basic Qualifications Graduate of a 4‑year course. Good proficiency in office productivity software.
