Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CSR - Bilingual Thai Speaker to join our dynamic team at ContactPoint360' in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Thai-speaking clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role typically involves helping customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues, all while ensuring clear communication in both Japanese and another language, often through phone calls, emails, or live chat.
Key responsibilities might include:
- Answering inbound calls from Thai-speaking customers and addressing their questions or concerns
- Providing accurate information and practical solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Thai, with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
