Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Workspace Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design functional, modern, and efficient office environments for a diverse range of commercial projects. You will be involved in the full design process—from conceptual planning to technical execution—ensuring that every workspace supports productivity, comfort, and aesthetic value.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed architectural design packages including floor plans, partition layouts, furniture specifications, lighting and electrical plans, finishes, and 3D renderings

  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project implementation

  • Analyze and optimize space usage to suit evolving business needs

  • Collaborate with teams across departments to integrate IT, security, signage, and other technical components into the design

  • Ensure consistency with design standards and contribute to the development of new design templates

  • Support both new builds and renovations of commercial workspaces across various global regions

  • Use advanced design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3D rendering software) for accurate and visually compelling outputs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in office or commercial space planning

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization software

  • Familiarity with BIM and AI-assisted design tools is an advantage

  • Strong conceptual and technical design skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
