Are you a skilled butcher with a passion for quality craftsmanship? PYC Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated Head Butcher/Butcher to join our culinary team and help us deliver exceptional products to our customers

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and cut a variety of meats to specifications, ensuring high quality and presentation.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of meat products to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that highlight our quality offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior butchers and kitchen staff on best practices and techniques.
  • Engage with customers to provide expert advice on meat selections and preparation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a butcher, with strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for quality food and customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
