  • Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining equipment, including knives, grinders, and meat saws.
  • Food Safety & Sanitation: Following strict food safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace is critical to prevent contamination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records of sales, inventory, and other relevant information.

Relevant skills

  • The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • proficient in using various knives and butchering tools to cut meat efficiently and safely.
  • Understanding different cuts of meat and how to prepare them for retail or restaurant use is essential.

Job Requirements

Education

  • At least College Level
  • Certified butcher

Work experience

  • At least 2 years of experience as butcher
  • In addition to their cutting skills, butchers possess strong physical stamina. must adhere to safety protocols operating heavy machinery or equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
