The Entry General Technician provides basic maintenance and repair support to ensure the area's facilities, equipment, and utilities remain in safe, functional, and excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support troubleshooting of facility issues.
  • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks as needed.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized.
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules set by the Engineering team.
  • Comply with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Report major repair needs and escalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
  • Support other departments with technical assistance when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in building or facility maintenance (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repair works.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
