Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of 6 sustainability subject areas working closely with client product owner, group stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Lead a team of 4 BAs on requirement gathering, integration designs, functional specifications and user story documentation
  • Liaise with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver target state solutions
  • Work closely with technical team to explain requirements to ensure solution builds are as per business requirements
  • Review and guide the BAs on their respective subject areas

Qualifications

  • 6+ years
    in Business Analysis, including at least
    1 year of experience
    in a leadership or lead BA role.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring BA teams, ensuring quality deliverables across multiple subject areas.
  • Solid understanding of integration design, functional specifications, and user story documentation.
  • Skilled in liaising with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver target-state solutions.
  • Proficient in Agile methodology and iterative delivery practices.
