As a Business Analyst in the Data Delivery Team, you'll join a high-impact team focused on transforming data into strategic assets for Finance and Risk. You'll collaborate with experts across domains to build reliable data pipelines, models, and reporting frameworks that enable smarter, data-driven decisions. This role follows a hybrid setup and operates on a midshift schedule—offering flexibility while driving results in a fast-paced, analytics-driven environment.

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you'll:

  • Gather, define, and map business data requirements
  • Support data onboarding, modeling, reconciliation, and UAT
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on operational and regulatory needs
  • Deepen expertise in data quality, modeling, and structured delivery
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support data management initiatives (Change & Run)
  • Document business rules and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in building conceptual/logical/physical data models
  • Perform source-to-target mapping and validation using SQL
  • Execute functional testing, UAT, and regression testing
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Contribute to standards, guidelines, and solution development
What You Bring
  • Strong background in data analysis, modeling, and quality
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Experience with large datasets and regulatory reporting (e.g., FINREP)
  • Understanding of banking products and financial processes
  • Agile delivery experience and stakeholder empathy
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and delivery-focused mindset
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with IT collaboration and Agile methodologies
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
