Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: General Manager/Head Chef
Location: Mactan Cebu
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical, organizational, and logistical support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks, document processing, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, and document tracking.
Monitor and update employee records, timekeeping logs, and attendance reports.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, etc.).
Prepare memos, reports, and internal communication as directed.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for basic admin-related transactions.
Handle office inventory and supplies, ensuring availability and proper record-keeping.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires by preparing documents and supplies.
Support restaurant operations by coordinating HR, accounting, and compliance requirements with the head office.
Help organize meetings, team activities, and trainings as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
At least 1 year of administrative or office assistant experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of POS or HR systems is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
