Senior Video Editor

Work Location: 100% Remote – Pacific Standard Time

Work Setup: Full-time or Part-time

We're on the lookout for a Senior Video Editor to join our fast-paced, creative team. In this role, you'll function as a key creative partner—collaborating with both internal stakeholders and client teams to shape and produce culturally relevant, visually impactful video content. Your experience and storytelling instincts will help elevate brand narratives across various digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the editing of high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.

  • Apply advanced motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to bring concepts to life.

  • Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and strategists to develop strong visual narratives from concept through final delivery.

  • Ensure all output aligns with brand voice and engages the intended audience effectively.

  • Provide creative direction during post-production processes, including color grading, audio mastering, and animation integration.

  • Stay on top of trends in digital storytelling, video formats, and editing tools to push creative boundaries.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, creative versatility, and technical polish.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and emotional tone in video.

  • Excellent command of the English language—spoken, written, and contextual—especially for editing spoken word and interview-driven content.

  • Proven experience with color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for producing culturally relevant, story-first content.

Bonus Points For:

  • A solid sense of design aesthetics and layout.

  • Background in graphic design or working knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

  • Experience working with clients in the U.S. market or international digital-first brands.
