Job Summary

The System Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all operational data within the logistics system. This role supports day-to-day hub operations by monitoring system performance, validating transactions, resolving system-related issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operational flow. The System Controller ensures that all shipment, scanning, routing, and reporting activities are properly captured and aligned with standard processes to support service excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily system transactions (inbound, outbound, dispatch, delivery, and returns) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Validate, reconcile, and correct shipment statuses in the system to reflect actual operational activities.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to resolve data discrepancies, exceptions, and scanning errors.
  • Ensure timely uploading and updating of PODs, reports, and operational records.
  • Conduct regular audits of system entries to prevent and detect errors or irregularities.
  • Support the hub in implementing new system processes, updates, and standardization initiatives.
  • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational system reports as required.
  • Liaise with IT and Central Operations for system escalations, access requests, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with logistics SOPs.
  • Provide guidance to operations staff on proper scanning and system procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring courier productivity, route assignment, and delivery performance through system tools.

QualificationsEducational Background

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or hub operations is an advantage.
  • Experience handling operational systems, scanning tools, data reconciliation, or system reports is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical skills are welcome to apply.
