MEGA WE CARE IS LOOKING FOR AREA BUSINESS MANAGER FOR NORTH LUZON

Purpose of Position: Lead and supervise Mega Lifesciences Limited Inc. team and to promote company's products and reaching the targets in the assigned area.

Job Description needed for the position

· Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

· Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products

· Guide business team in completing their tasks successfully

· Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base

· Develop individual developmental plans for each team member

· Improve marketing plans to achieve target and profit goals in assigned area

· Conduct regular business meetings and coordinate with teams to ensure continuous development.

· Recruit potential candidates, train team members to improve their skills and competencies, assess their performance and take necessary actions when needed.

· Compiling and analyzing sales figures to report to senior managers

· Allocating areas to sales representatives

· Conduct promotional activities to generate revenue and increase brand visibility.

· Implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual goals.

· First line leader responsible for meeting and exceeding product performance and sales revenue. Ensuring achievement of monthly and annual business plans for current year.

· Identity the strength & areas of improvement for Medical Representative /Health Consultant capability development

· Quarterly KPIs Performance management of teams

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy/ nursing or any related field with significant work experience in pharmaceutical industry

Job Qualifications:

Experience in Dispensing MDs

· Sales experience with Dispensing MDs is required

Knowledgeable in the area of assignment

Has good relation and has good negotiation skills with Dispensing MDs and accounts

Good in accounts management

At least 2years of experience as DSM

· Minimum 2 years of experience as District Sales Manager (DSM) is required
