Role Overview

The People Analyst supports the Third-Party Management and Process team in ensuring accurate and compliant billing practices from manpower service providers. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in HR operations and vendor management.

The Analyst will assist in validating billing documents, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. They will also support audit readiness, documentation, and process improvement initiatives to help ensure smooth and efficient third-party operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in validating monthly billings from manpower service providers, ensuring accuracy in rates, headcount, and government deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

  2. Maintain organized records of contracts, billing files, and validation reports for audit and compliance purposes.

  3. Support the monitoring of vendor compliance with labor regulations (e.g., DO174) and internal policies.

  4. Help prepare documentation for internal audits and

vendor performance reviews.

  1. Update billing trackers and logs to monitor billing status, discrepancies, and resolutions.

  2. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to align on billing and vendor-related processes.

  3. Participate in meetings with vendors to understand billing concerns and assist in resolving issues.

  4. Learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives related to billing validation and documentation.

  5. Support the team in preparing reports and summaries for internal use and compliance tracking.

  6. Assist in organizing and filing vendor submissions such as payslips, remittance proofs, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics or Business-related course
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Position based in BGC, Taguig
