Basic Purpose/Job Summary:

To provide legal services and assistance to the different Companies as well as officers and stockholders of the Viva group

  • Law graduate from a reputable law school
  • With at least 2 years of practice as a lawyer, preferably with experience in intellectual property, corporate law, and litigation
  • Must be knowledgeable in business processes and willing to learn business operations
  • Must be meticulous in drafting/reviewing contracts and pleadings
  • Must be an effective communicator and negotiator
  • Must be able to create and maintain harmonious relationships with clients and business partners
  • Must be genuinely interested in entertainment law
  • Must have a good command of English and Filipino, both oral and written
  • Must be highly organized and with keen attention to details
  • Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
  • Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter, goal and results-oriented, hardworking
  • Must thrive under pressure
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9 am to 7:30 pm

Work Arrangement: Mon - work from home; Tue to Fri - onsite
