We are searching for Progressive Sales Executives who are hungry for growth, passionate about cars, and motivated to earn through highly competitive commission rates.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional showroom experience
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow-ups
  • Prepare and present accurate quotations, financing options, and product demonstrations
  • Coordinate with banks, internal departments, and clients for smooth vehicle release
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year experience in automotive or related sales (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome)
  • Senior high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in automotive, retail, or B2C sales (fresh graduates with customer service experience are welcome)
  • Results-oriented, persuasive, and confident in building customer trust
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for cars and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to close deals
