Job Summary

The Sales & Operations Associate will oversee palay procurement, coordinate milling operations, support delivery activities, and handle sales of rice and egg products to corporate and institutional clients. This role combines field operations and sales, ensuring smooth local processes while building strong customer relationships. The position requires someone who is independent, reliable, willing to travel, and able to lead and take charge of day-to-day activities in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle palay procurement, including supplier coordination, quality checking, and volume/price monitoring within company guidelines in San Jose City and nearby areas.
  • Coordinate milling operations with partner milling facilities in and around San Jose City.
  • Assist in delivery activities, including scheduling, dispatch coordination, and monitoring truck movements in Nueva Ecija.
  • Conduct sales activities for Agricyn's rice and egg products, including prospecting, client presentations, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Serve as the local liaison for suppliers, customers, partners, and government offices when needed.
  • Manage local documentation, permits, receipts, and operational reports for Nueva Ecija operations.
  • Conduct regular market monitoring for palay prices, rice trading activity, competitor movements, and customer demand.
  • Provide on-site supervision during loading, unloading, milling, or delivery operations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Pasig main office for updates, reporting, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business, agriculture, operations, or related course (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in sales, trading, agriculture, logistics, or field operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently within San Jose City and the rest of Nueva Ecija, and occasionally to the main office.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and able to handle both fieldwork and client-facing tasks.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Resides in or near San Jose City, Nueva Ecija (priority).
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
