We're looking for a Workday Consultant (Financials) to join our growing team in Singapore. Enjoy a competitive salary of SGD 7,500 (approx ₱270,000 in Philippines Pesos) plus benefits while working on exciting projects in a collaborative, day-shift schedule (9 AM – 6 PM) Monday to Friday only.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Workday Financials or similar financial/ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with system integrations or data migration (Workday tools like Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors are a plus).
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Willing to work in Singapore

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and supporting Workday Financial modules.
  • Help design and maintain system integrations (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, etc.).
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Work with finance teams to resolve system and reporting issues.
  • Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and reports.
  • Participate in testing system updates, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve financial workflows.
  • Provide user support, guidance, and documentation on Workday processes.
