Key Responsibilities

  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing techniques, tools, and equipment, including the ability to cut, weld, and assemble pipes and fittings.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve plumbing issues.
  • Communication: Good listening and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Licensing: A valid plumbing license and completion of an apprenticeship or trade school diploma are typically required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a plumber, usually 1+ year, is preferred.
