Administrative Staff – Campus-Based (LPU–LIMA Batangas Campus)
We are looking for an Administrative Staff to support daily operations in a campus-based environment at LPU–LIMA Batangas Campus. The role is responsible for report analysis, supplier record management, and handling tenant and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze operational and administrative reports
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor records
- Coordinate with tenants regarding administrative requirements and concerns
- Handle documentation, filing, and basic office administration
- Support management with data tracking and compliance-related tasks
- Assist in coordinating internal and external communications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, or related course
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be assigned at LPU–LIMA Batangas Campus
