Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Senior Business Analyst to support both our current internal business platform and the implementation of a next-generation operations system. This role is critical in bridging technology and operations, ensuring systems meet the needs of stakeholders across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze system requirements by collaborating with Operations, HR, Payroll, Recruitment, WFM, and other support teams.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Serve as a functional expert for both legacy and next-gen platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with support and development teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure feature readiness before deployment.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and create training materials for new system features.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, ideally with custom-developed applications.

Strong technical acumen; comfortable collaborating with developers and IT teams.

Experience in call center, BPO, or operations-driven environments is a strong plus.

Skilled in documenting business processes, user stories, use cases, and SOPs.

Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, and basic SQL.

Preferred: Agile/Scrum background, familiarity with PHP/Laravel or Java/Spring Boot, exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and data/reporting tools.
