Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Management Accounting;
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage;
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance;
  • Willing to be based assigned in Koronadal City, South Cotabato

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Working knowledge of receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cost accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting or ERP and Odoo systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations, delivering accurate and timely financial reports, and providing sound financial recommendations.
  • Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
