On top of that, the Unit Assistant Head works on meeting their own sales targets, making it a great balance of leadership and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Unit Head in leading and guiding a team of Financial Advisors
  • Assist in training, coaching, and motivating advisors to achieve their goals
  • Track and monitor team performance to ensure growth and improvement
  • Help in recruiting and onboarding new Financial Advisors
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the team
  • Contribute to developing strategies that drive team success
  • Meet personal sales targets and serve as a role model for the team
