Job Qualification:

  • Must be a Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology courses or any business related courses
  • Must have at least 2 years related work experience
  • Must have a background with of SAP system
  • Must be keen to details and able to work well in a fast paced setting
  • Must be able to communicate clearly both oral and written
  • Must be willing to work in Plaridel Bulacan on a compressed work-week schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm

Job Description:

  1. Encode and print documents such as sales order, delivery order and sales invoice (Consignment accounts)

2.Encode and print documents such as sales order, delivery order and sales invoice (Outright accounts)

  1. Encode and print barcode for outright accounts using customer P.O as reference or worksheet

  2. Make sure that barcode SKU's and SRP are correct

  3. All documents created must be checked by Assistant to the President and/or Accounting Manager especially the amount

  4. Coordinate to warehouse personnel regarding the items to be delivered per customer and to which warehouse location the item will came from

  5. Filling of sales order copies per DR number.

  6. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php645.00 per day
