Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Adviser Implementation Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clients' onboarding and workflow management.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday - Friday, Australian working hours. This is a 100% WFH role.
Responsibilities:
- Take control of the new client implementation.
- Review the implementation steps from the SOA and begin work.
- Insurance applications, Superannuation rollovers & investment allocation.
- SMSF bank account opening with Macquarie.
- Update Xplan with service dates and renewals.
- Saving of adviser meeting notes into Xplan.
- Email clients requesting additional information.
About You:
- Must have 2 + years experience working in an Australian financial advice firm, with specific experience in implementation.
- Must have experience with Xplan.
- Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
- Strict attention to detail to ensure data security.
- Home office established with strong internet (speed checked).
