Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Adviser Implementation Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clients' onboarding and workflow management.

This role is offered on a full-time basis, Monday - Friday, Australian working hours. This is a 100% WFH role.

Responsibilities:

  • Take control of the new client implementation.
  • Review the implementation steps from the SOA and begin work.
  • Insurance applications, Superannuation rollovers & investment allocation.
  • SMSF bank account opening with Macquarie.
  • Update Xplan with service dates and renewals.
  • Saving of adviser meeting notes into Xplan.
  • Email clients requesting additional information.

About You:

  • Must have 2 + years experience working in an Australian financial advice firm, with specific experience in implementation.
  • Must have experience with Xplan.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
  • Strict attention to detail to ensure data security.
  • Home office established with strong internet (speed checked).
