4 years graduate with any business or engineering technology course.
with 3-5 years administrative working experience.
Knowledge in administrative work and scheduling.

Analytical Skills
MS Office/Google Workspace
Documentation Skills
Process signing of MFAI, RFP, ERF, PR as necessary.
Prepare and process resources to be signed by the signatories Metroworks and Converge
Ensures the availability of Department office supplies and forms
Provide office supplies to extended team at warehouse
Provide to Inhouse teams immediate financial needs for emergency restoration and implementation Replenish/Liquidate revolving fund
Provide admin related reports to IS.
Upkeeping and storage of important documents.
