QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors / College Degree Holder; Engineering or equivalent – Civil Engineer & Electronics Engineer
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in handling a project
  • Trainings: COSH/BOSH Certification is an advantage
  • Physically fit
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills on handling projects
  • Must be customer – oriented, flexible, driven and resourceful
  • Can handle multi-tasking job
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to travel for business related matters
  • With knowledge in project planning and evaluation, project management tool software

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Pre Project

  • Prepares timeline
  • Work breakdown structure-activities
  • Coordination with the scope of work to Design Team and other related pre implementation documents
  • Prepare pre project documents –NOA/NTP/Contract
  • Processing and monitoring of request for deliveries
  • Processing of budget implementation expenses
  • Project Evaluation prior to implementation
  • Inter-department coordination

Implementation

  • Coordination with the client and contractor for project implementation
  • Conduct onsite inspection-lay outing
  • Project documentation, reports and any related implementation documents
  • Track & report on project milestone
  • Coordination with the client and contractor for any onsite variation base on scope of work
  • Processing of payments for contractor

Post Project

  • Prepare post implementaion documents for project closure
  • Coordination of training schedule with the client
  • Prepare post project activity report
  • Processing of payments for contractor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
