What you'll be doing

  • Gather, analyse and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Produce comprehensive reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics
  • Support the implementation of new data management and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Continuously seek ways to optimise existing analytical models and tools to drive business performance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role, internship experience in Business Analysis or a related field is a strong asset.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis and visualization using tools like Excel, SQL and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve
