Job Description:

The Collector will be responsible for conducting daily field collections to ensure timely and accurate remittance of payments from clients or designated accounts. The role involves coordination with the Accounting and Operations teams to maintain transparency and proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily visits to assigned clients for collection of payments.
  • Issue official receipts and ensure all collections are properly recorded.
  • Remit all collections to the Accounting Department at the end of each working day.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and balances.
  • Coordinate with clients for payment schedules and address related concerns.
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and reporting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or College Level.
  • With valid Driver's License (Restriction 1 & 2).
  • With own motorcycle (required).
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
  • Preferably with previous experience in field collection.

Compensation Package:

  • With Gas Allowance
  • With Motorcycle Rental Allowance
  • Other Benefits: As mandated by law (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
