Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective risk management and business continuity strategies and policies
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives to ensure the resilience and protection of company operations, data, and critical functions
  • Monitor and assess organizational risks, threats, and vulnerabilities that may impact business continuity
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to risk and continuity planning
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote awareness and understanding of business continuity principles
  • Conduct business impact analyses and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate operational risks
  • Support crisis management planning and lead response efforts during disruptions

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Must be a Licensed Professional (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
  • Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of business continuity frameworks, crisis management, and organizational resilience
  • Proven ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective continuity plans
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
