Job Summary:

The Property Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations and administration of mall or property management activities. This includes tenant coordination, documentation, client relations, contract processing, and ensuring that property policies and standards are consistently implemented.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
Tenant Relations & Coordination
  • Assist tenants with inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate tenant move-in/move-out and ensure compliance with mall/property policies.
  • Monitor tenant compliance with operating standards, permits, and documentation requirements.
Administrative & Documentation Support
  • Prepare, process, and manage lease documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintain updated tenant records, reports, and monitoring sheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of billings, collections follow-up, and other property-related transactions.
Operations Monitoring
  • Conduct regular area inspections to check cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for issues raised by tenants.
  • Ensure that all areas are compliant with mall rules, safety standards, and government regulations.
Customer Service & Marketing Support
  • Handle client and customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Assist in promoting available spaces and participate in sales or leasing initiatives when needed.
  • Support property events, tenant promotions, and mall activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in property management, mall operations, leasing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
