A housekeeping manager will be directly reporting to the CEO/President. He/she is responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the company building and facilities. He/she will manage a team of housekeepers to ensure that tasks are effectively and efficiently completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the common areas of the offices such as lobby, reception, pantry, powder room, meeting room etc.
  • Inventory: Ensure that there are enough cleaning and office supplies and equipment
  • Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
  • Task assignment: Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to the housekeeping team
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other department heads and managers
  • Safety: Ensure that safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:

  • Must be a HRM graduate or any related course.
  • Must have at least 5 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
