Job Summary:
Property Administrator- We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for administering all property management and administration-related activities.
- This includes housekeeping and janitorial services, utilities administration, facilities utilization, and other site-related administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building administration and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:- Administer and oversee janitorial and housekeeping services within policy limits.
- Ensure the proper implementation of housekeeping activities.
- Perform regular inspections of tenants' areas on cleanliness and condition.
- Inform tenants of any housekeeping-related findings in their respective areas/spaces.
- Conduct house rules orientation for opening team members of tenants.
- Perform periodic reading of utilities consumption for reporting and submission.
- Facilitate the implementation of tenant-related activities for long-term or in-line tenants from pre-construction to post-construction.
- Identify and consolidate all tenant deficiencies and concerns for timely rectification.
- Prepare and process original documents necessary for tenant operation.
- Review and complete pre-construction and pre-operation requirements.
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business-related course.
- At least 3 years of work experience in building/property administration or the same field.
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision and willing to work on flexible schedules.
Please note that candidates will be assigned in SM Aura, Taguig City.
