  • Planning & Execution:Develop detailed project plans, manage project scope and changes, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Financial & Risk Management:Manage project financials, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management:Serve as a key interface with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders, managing relationships, and facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Team Management & Mentoring:Build, motivate, and mentor project teams, and provide guidance and support to junior project managers.
  • Reporting & Communication:Provide regular progress reports to various audiences, including executive leadership, detailing project success, metrics, and deployment activities.
  • Quality Assurance:Act as an internal quality control check and ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
  • Escalation & Problem Resolution:Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, intervening to save struggling projects or resolve technical and operational challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
