The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. The role collaborates with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business requirements, are scalable, secure, and aligned with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud services, and modern web frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of system applications, including web and mobile apps, with focus on scalability, security, and user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern software engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Integrate software components, third-party APIs, and cloud services to meet functional and technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks; recommend improvements to architecture, design and code quality
  • Ensure software security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Gather and act on user and customer feedback to continuously improve applications
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Promote a win-win approach in problem-solving and stakeholder engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development with exposure to full-stack technologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Proficiency in modern coding languages and frameworks (E.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, , Python, Java, ReactJS, Angular, )
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (E.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with mobile app development (native Android/iOS and cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native) is a plus
  • Understanding of software security principles, DevSecOps practices, and API integrations
  • Knowledge of apps in education is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new languages, tools, and technologies
  • Strong technical expertise combined with planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Project management capability, including defining project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organization and time management skills
  • Effective collaborator in a hands-on, team environment while taking ownership of tasks
  • Attention to detail, quality, and proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Jira/Confluence)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
