Job Summary:

The graphic designer will be expected to have deep knowledge of best practices across platforms and a strong mastery of design principles and skills for digital and print media. At this role level, the designer will be trusted to make good design decisions, contribute to the development of design concepts, support the quality of design delivery across teams, and follow design guidelines and instructions from lead designers. This designer will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office in Manila once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design print and digital projects that follow brand guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams. These assets include but are not limited to:

  • Labels and renders

  • Listing content across e-commerce platforms
  • Website graphics
  • Print marketing materials
  • Social media & email assets
  • Sale sheets and retail materials
  • Perform other design tasks as they arise (ex: photo manipulation, image editing)
  • Stay updated with design trends and techniques in graphic design.
  • Work seamlessly in our established processes and workflows.
  • Think creatively about new design concepts and layouts for different design projects.
  • Maintain and manage job schedules to ensure all tasks are delivered on time.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional, hands-on experience using Figma and Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) in a graphic design role
  • Design experience in eCommerce (a must)
  • Design experience in Amazon platform is a plus
  • Experience with video editing and copywriting is a plus
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, layout, and typography
  • Creative problem-solving skills and good time management
  • Team player attitude with stellar communication skills
  • Clear understanding of both print and digital media
  • Amenable to work in a permanent Night Shift schedule
  • Has a reliable computer and a fast internet connection
