Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Production & Post-Production

  • Capture photo and video content for internal and external company events.
  • Ensure dynamic coverage (speakers, audience reactions, venue ambiance, etc.)
  • Edit raw footage into polished event highlight reels, testimonials, and promotional videos.
  • Assemble graphics, effects, audio, music, color correction, and sound mixing.
  • Create thumbnails and simple graphic materials using Adobe Photoshop.

2. Event Support & Logistics

  • Assist with setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment (lights, speakers, projectors, screens, cameras).
  • Provide on-site coordination during events (managing equipment, guest flow, troubleshooting technical issues).
  • Maintain and organize all company video and event equipment before and after events.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and audio gear.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience or strong understanding of events management and AV requirements.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy video and event equipment.
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to work outside standard office hours when needed.
  • Degree or certification in Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related course; or
  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
