Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in BSBA-Marketing Management or any related field

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

  • Computer literate and proficient in using digital tools

  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Proficient in Canva or similar design platforms

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Residing in Lucena City or nearby towns

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Head in executing creative and strategic campaigns

  • Design visually engaging event overlays and marketing layouts using Canva

  • Create short, trendy, and engaging Reels for social media platforms

  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and with warmth

  • Promote the brand across various digital platforms and online communities

  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members

  • Bring positivity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
