About the role

Giligan's Island Restaurant & Bar in Tarlac, Central Luzon is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Kitchen & Dining/Service Crew to join our vibrant team. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen to the highest quality standards

  • Ensuring the dining area is set up, clean and well-presented at all times

  • Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks

  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas

  • Restocking and organising supplies as needed

  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to provide an excellent customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry

  • A genuine passion for food, drinks and providing exceptional service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • A friendly, positive and hardworking attitude
