What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Vue Developer to join our product development team. You'll be working on a multi-tenant SaaS platform, enhancing the visual experience, implementing new UX designs, and supporting the ongoing migration of the front-end stack from Vue 2 to Vue 3. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mature Australian-based software company with a strong mission and a collaborative remote team environment.

What are you expected to do?

• Implement responsive front-end components based on finalized Figma designs.
• Migrate existing components from Vue 2 to Vue 3 using the Vuetify framework (Material Design).
• Build and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Collaborate closely with the internal development team and QA.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint ceremonies.
• Interpret and implement UI/UX designs and contribute to discussions on technical feasibility.
• Work with APIs developed in Laravel to integrate front-end functionality.
• Assist in identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and UI/UX inconsistencies.
  
  

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in front-end development using , including Vue 2 and Vue 3.
• You have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Vuetify (Material Design framework for Vue).
• You have proven experience in converting Figma designs into responsive Vue components.
  
• You have experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of front-end/back-end interaction (Laravel API experience is a plus).
• You have a familiarity with component migration and refactoring legacy code.
• You have a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end best practices.
• You have experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies (JIRA for task tracking).
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have an ability to work independently in a remote environment and align with the team's goals and timelines.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• Background or familiarity with Laravel (to help understand back-end context).
• Prior experience working in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Experience contributing to design system implementation or component libraries.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
