We are seeking a Front-End Developer with Laravel experience who is passionate about building responsive, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces. You will be responsible for converting UI designs into functional and scalable components, working closely with both design and back-end development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who values clean code, enjoys creative problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative development environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user-facing side of our web applications while aligning with the overall system architecture and product goals.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Implementation – Translate static designs from Figma or Canva into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Laravel Blade templating.
• Front-End Development – Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable codebases that perform efficiently across devices and screen sizes.
• Integration with Back-End Systems – Work closely with the back-end team to ensure smooth integration between front-end components and Laravel-powered APIs and controllers.
• Code Quality & Maintenance – Adhere to best practices for version control, documentation, and component modularity to support long-term maintainability.
• Team Collaboration – Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and development sprints.
• Continuous Learning – Stay current with modern web standards, front-end frameworks, and Laravel ecosystem trends.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of front-end development experience, ideally with involvement in Laravel-based applications. Candidates with 3–4 years of experience and a track record of taking ownership of UI modules or collaborating closely with cross-functional teams will be prioritized.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Solid experience with Laravel Blade templating and integration of front-end components with back-end controllers and APIs.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to translate design mockups from tools like Figma or Canva into functional, responsive interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and practical exposure to Agile development workflows.
• Attention to code clarity, scalability, and performance in every deliverable.

Preferred Skills & Bonus Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., , , React) is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or SCSS.
• Experience using build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Laravel Mix.
• A portfolio or sample work that demonstrates your ability to convert design into production-ready UI is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
