Responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of the financial reports for both Consolidated and Parent Financial Statements through consolidation and review of schedules submitted by business units and their respective financial reports, ensuring compliance, consistency, and accuracy.

Responsible for the supporting the audit of the financial statements of all business units to check for compliance for their respective accounting policies.

  • Responsible for executing the consolidation, review, and reconciliation of schedules from each business unit of the Company at the Consolidated and Parent levels in order to ensure the correctness and verifiability of the figures in the financial statements.

  • Responsible for assisting in preparation of financial statements, in accordance with the accounting standards, and other mandatory reports.

  • Responsible for working closely with the external auditors during audit and review of financial statements in order to ensure that all requests necessary for the engagement are timely and efficiently provided and providing support to other departments across all business units which are in need of financial information.

  • Responsible for assisting in the conduct of financial and enterprise resource planning (ERP) audit compliance of all business units with their respective accounting policies.

Qualifications:

  • At least Five (5) years relevant accounting work experience; Work experience with an audit firm, an advantage

  • At least Three (3) years of relevant experience both in financial reporting and taxation.

  • Detail-oriented, efficient and organized, with strong knowledge of accounting procedures, financial reporting practices and period-end closing process

  • Must possess strong analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen

  • Willing to report on-site at Rockwell Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City
