About the Role

Bridge Sports Global is expanding its content and storytelling footprint. We are looking for a Podcast Video Editor who can turn athlete conversations, sports analysis, and global basketball stories into high-quality, high-retention podcast content. You will shape how BSG communicates its mission, highlights its talents, and connects with fans across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Long-Form Podcast Editing

  2. Edit full multi-camera podcast episodes featuring athletes, coaches, and sports executives.

  3. Ensure clean pacing, professional flow, and strong engagement throughout the conversation.
  4. Choose the best angles to highlight emotions, reactions, and key insights from guests.

  5. Sync, clean, and level audio for broadcast-quality output.

  6. Short-Form & Social Content Creation

  7. Cut long-form episodes into concise, high-impact mid-form and short-form clips.

  8. Produce vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, smooth pacing, and captions.

  9. Create social-friendly versions that amplify athlete stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and sports insights.

  10. Visual Storytelling & Enhancements

  11. Insert B-roll, game highlights, photos, stats graphics, and supporting visuals where appropriate.

  12. Apply basic color correction, color matching, and audio improvements.

  13. Add subtitles, motion text, social graphics, and light effects when needed.

  14. Collaboration & Workflow

  15. Work closely with BSG's media team—producers, writers, and talent managers.

  16. Follow an organized workflow: offline cut → revisions → final export.
  17. Maintain clean file management for raw footage, assets, and edit sequences.
  18. Meet weekly deadlines and produce content aligned with campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience editing podcasts, talk shows, or multi-cam interviews.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of social media formats and sports content trends.
  • Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and emotional beats—especially in athlete conversations.
  • Experience with audio cleanup, leveling, and basic color correction.
  • Highly organized and comfortable with fast-paced production.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects).
  • Background in sports editing or athletic content creation.
  • Knowledge of basketball, athlete branding, or FIBA/Asian leagues.
  • Ability to create highlight-style inserts for narrative enhancement.
