Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management:Assigning work, creating schedules, training, motivating, and evaluating store associates to meet performance goals.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, ordering new merchandise, performing stock-takes, and ensuring product availability.
- Customer Service:Resolving customer complaints, answering inquiries, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.
- Store Operations:Overseeing daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and implementing merchandising strategies.
- Performance Monitoring:Tracking sales figures, analyzing trends, and reporting performance to management.
- Policy & Procedure Compliance:Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
- Sales & Promotions:Implementing and contributing to promotional activities and merchandising strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Required Skills
- Leadership:Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff.
- Communication:Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Organizational:Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and store operations efficiently.
- Customer Service:A commitment to providing excellent service and resolving customer issues professionally.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
