Strategic Development and External Relations Officer

The Strategic Development and External Relations Officer plays a critical role in expanding the organization's reach, partnerships and revenue sources to support PMHA's programs and services and long-term sustainability. S/he is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying funding and revenue opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth that align with PMHA's mental health advocacy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or any related field preferably with Master's degree.
  • Two (2) years of experience in business development, fundraising or strategic partnership preferably in mental health, education or non-profit;
  • Strong understanding of non-profit funding models and partnership development;
  • Has excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Has strong moral values
  • Has ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, google workspaces and other software;
  • Demonstrate commitment, competence and ability to work with diverse communities.
