Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Company Nurse to join VSS to support employee health and well-being. This role provides immediate medical care, delivers preventive health services, and leads health education initiatives while working with HR and management to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid, initial assessment, and emergency medical care for work-related injuries or illnesses
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and wellness checks to identify health risks
- Administer medications, treat minor injuries/illnesses, and refer employees to healthcare providers when needed
- Develop and implement health promotion programs, wellness initiatives, and educational seminars (e.g., nutrition, stress management, disease prevention)
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including treatment documentation and incident reports
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and support health-related policies
- Conduct first aid training sessions for designated employees to promote workplace emergency preparedness
- Manage medical supplies inventory and ensure readiness of first aid equipment and resources
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; valid nursing license and registration.
- Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in an occupational health or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
