A Company Driver's primary responsibility is transporting company personnel, goods, or both between locations safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. You may also perform vehicle maintenance tasks, keep the vehicle clean, and interact with clients and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • With valid driver's license (2 and 4 wheels)
  • At least 1-year related experience
  • Amenable to work at Makati Cinema Square
  • Working Schedule; Monday to Saturday (9:30 am – 6:30 pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the loading and offloading of company's products, and materials.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
  • Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents
  • Perform collection activities in coordination with Finance
  • Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipt and other documents required for liquidation
  • Keep accurate logs and complete paperwork for task and activities
  • Taking special care to load the parcels into your bag or vehicle in a safe manner
  • Devising and choosing the most effective routes
  • Storefront support as needed or when no tasks are currently assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
