The Messenger is responsible for handling the delivery and receipt of documents, parcels, and other items between offices, clients, and external partners. The role ensures timely, secure, and accurate transfer of materials while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver documents, parcels, checks, bills, and other items to designated locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of communications between offices, branches, and clients.
  • Obtain signatures or acknowledgments upon delivery or receipt of documents/items.
  • Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents or information.
  • Perform errands such as bank transactions, utility payments, and other official company tasks.
  • Maintain a daily log of deliveries and receipts.
  • Assist in basic office support tasks when not on delivery duty.
  • Ensure proper care and handling of company motorcycle/vehicle (if assigned).
  • Report any issues, delays, or incidents encountered during deliveries.
  • Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with local routes and directions.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit to perform errands and deliveries.
