About the role

As the Quality Assurance Supervisor at MSM Philippines Mfg., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction for this leading manufacturing company. This full-time position is based in Cebu, Central Visayas, and will involve overseeing all quality control processes and procedures to identify and resolve any issues throughout the production cycle.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing, implementing and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures to meet or exceed industry standards
  2. Conducting regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished goods to identify and address any quality concerns
  3. Analysing quality data and generating detailed reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Collaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  5. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
  6. Ensuring the company's quality management system is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  2. Strong working knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
  3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in data analysis and the use of quality control software and tools
  5. Ability to effectively communicate quality-related information to all levels of the organization
